Australia Post Appoints First-Ever Customer Experience and Digital Executive

Australia Post is moving forward with the times as it announces that Leonie Valentine has been appointed as Executive General Manager, Customer Experience and Digital. Which is a newly created position within Australia Post.

Ms. Valentine joins Australia Post in January 2022 and will lead key functions including customer services, digital channels, data science, payments, and financial services, as the organization evolves its post-pandemic operating model. 

Ms. Valentine brings deep experience to the role having worked at Google, CSL, and Telstra, and has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations. In her most recent role, Ms. Valentine was Managing Director, Google Melbourne.

Australia Post Group Chief Executive & Managing Director Paul Graham said this new role reflects the organization’s strategic direction and focus on customer experience and digital transformation.
