Etsy Launches New Tool for Sellers to Quickly Share Products on social media
Etsy launched a new tool for Etsy sellers that will make it a lot easier to share listings on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. These social media tool will create tailored posts that promote your products only.

Here are the highlights of the features of this new tool:
- The tool will help you create a promotional post using suggested graphics and text. It even allows you to share your success with recent 5-star ratings of your products or shop milestones.
- For each channel, Etsy’s social media tool will provide tips and tricks for each social media channel, including hashtags to guide potential new customers to your Etsy shop.
- The tool will only create posts specific to your items and shop. Etsy will not use any defaults to drive traffic to the site that would expose other sellers and listings on your social media channels.
The initial rollout of this tool is on Etsy’s Sell on Etsy app, available for IOS and Android. You can click here to go to their mobile app download site.
Etsy stated that it may take a couple of days for the app to update and if you just recently downloaded the Sell on Etsy app, you may need to restart it to see the new function.
Later in November, the tool will become available on the desktop as well.
