U.S. and Canadian merchants can create and print shipping labels or save them to print later no matter where they are located.
Sellers can manage the entire shipping workflow now from the Shopify mobile app, and by introducing this new feature, Shopify merchants can improve shipping communications to their customers.
Imagine you are out of the office for a few hours, but you receive orders and can immediately process them for shipment on your mobile app. Your customers receive top-notch service, not realizing you are not even there.
Obviously, you need to follow through to pack and ship the item, but that is a process the customer doesn’t see.
Therefore, the quick communication gives them the warm and fuzzy that everything is going perfectly with their order and the customer is more likely to provide excellent reviews when communications and delivery exceed their expectations.
Full Mobility with All Standard Shipping Features
On the updated Shopify mobile app, all standard shipping options area available, including finding the best rates for the shipment using one of the supported carriers (UPS, DHL Express, USPS, and Canada Post).
Also, the mobile app will detect close printers on AirPrint or Google Cloud Print. This way you can move around your office or warehouse and start printing labels as you pick your orders.
