In a major development, eBay has decided to formally recognize the TCGunion-CWA union at its TCGplayer subsidiary and engage in negotiations with the workers on an initial union contract.

The National Labor Relations Board declined eBay’s request to overturn a vote held on March 10th, where workers at TCGplayer voted to join a union.

eBay continues to battle workers at its recently acquired TCGplayer subsidiary over their efforts to unionize. Could there be more to this?
