Update 11/08 – Amazon Delivery Driver Caught With Woman Leaving Back of Van
Reading Time: 2 minutes An Amazon delivery driver has been caught on video in a rather questionable situation this week where they can be seen letting a woman out of the back of their van. There is no evidence of anything untoward going on in the video however that hasn’t stopped thousands of people from speculating as to what could have been occurring moments before the camera started rolling.
The video filmed by @Patrickhook01 on TikTok went viral and has so far amassed over 11 Million views and over 770,000 likes. Whilst it is not clear of the exact location, Patrick did use the hashtag #Florida in his original post that you can see below.
Without context, it is impossible to know for sure what was taking place at this moment, however that hasn’t stopped much speculation as to what the reason was for the woman to be in the back of the Amazon delivery van with the driver.
As you can imagine the comments are filled with not only guesses but witty remarks with some of them including “Package will be delivered in 9 months”, “She’s got that Prime Plus membership” and even a comment from the official Trojan Condoms account who commented “Delivery available in 3-4 business minutes”
This isn’t the first time that Amazon delivery drivers have been caught out on TikTok. Earlier this year we featured this story of an Amazon semi driver going offroad to avoid a traffic jam, as well as another driver filmed having what looked like a mental breakdown whilst on his delivery route.
It hasn’t all been bad for Amazon delivery drivers however as there was another viral video that featured a delivery driver leaving potentially life-saving advice for an Amazon customer on their ring doorbell.
Update – 11/08/2021: Amazon confirmed in a statement that the driver featured in the above video no longer works for the company.
“This does not reflect the high standards we have for our Delivery Service Partners and their drivers. Allowing unauthorized passengers to enter delivery vehicles is a violation of Amazon policy, and the driver is no longer delivering packages to Amazon customers.”

The driver in question Tywan George has defended his actions stating he did ‘what any other man in America would do in his situation,’ which included spending time with ‘his partner’ in the back of the company vehicle, whilst trying to make ends meet.
